Default Our Hall of Fame for Deceased Authors... RIP

This is a thread dedicated to all those authors we love and have passed away...
which lately, has happened quite often

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of us here during this sad times. We will always remember fondly our MM book authors who dedicated their time and passion who wrote for us. Do not forget their work in LGBT community and helping us- straight people to understand male love and passion.
We will have wonderful memories of many times spent with theirs books and reading their twitter posts

They leave behind a wonderful legacy and footprint for younger authors to follow and I know that all their books be a great source of comfort and support to us.

The most recent one is Sandrine Gasq-Dion, RIP.

    A.C. Katt (Mary Lynn Hansel)

    January 18, 1951 - June 21, 2017.

AC Katt was born in New York City’s Greenwich Village. She remembers sitting at the fountain in Washington Square Park listening to folk music while they passed the hat. At nine, her parents dragged her to New Jersey where she grew up, married and raised four children and became a voracious reader of romantic fiction. At one time she owned over two thousand novels.

Now, most of AC’s books are electronic (although she still keeps six bookcases of hardcovers), so she never has to give away another book. AC writes GLBT andis to writing, a late bloomer, however, she’s found her niche writing GLBT romance. She currently writes for MLR Press, JMS Books, and Decadent Publishing

    Sandrine Gasq-Dion

(exactly date will be added soon)

    Message from Sandrine
I have been blessed in this life to not only have parents that support me, but kids that do as well. I grew up in a loving but "Old School" French household. My parents worked for the airlines (TWA) so I was able to see a lot of Europe as a kid. I moved to Seattle Washington at the age of 22 and stayed there for twelve years before moving to Alaska for a little over two. Fairbanks, AK was one hell of an experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back! I spent a little over a year in South Carolina before moving back to Arizona. I then left for Kansas for five years and now reside in Arizona. I've been connected to the military in one way or another for over half my life and wouldn't change a thing about it. Writing has become my full time job and I've never been so happy doing a job I love and being able to do it in my jammies. I plan on writing until I dry up and die. Hopefully, that won't happen soon!

Sadly, her last wish is not fulfilled, she was torn out of her life too early, seems she died suddenly and unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm.

    Default Sandrine Gasq-Dion :(

For all of us who love this author and her books, it's too sad to say that Sandrine Gasq-Dion has passed away. I follow her and I'm a member of her Skull Blasters Group on FB and the news of her death were confirmed by her daughter this wednesday.

I'm still in shock, can't believe as I was following her presentation at the Shameless convention and she was presenting her books with other M/M authors, watching her posting FB lives with the model she've chosen to portray Assassin Shifter Nikolai Markov.

It is a really unfortunately and sad loss for the gay authors comunity, she was so fun and full of life, always sharing great things with the members of her group. She will be highly missed.
